一.     清洗机清洗系统结构

Washing system structure of cleaner

        BOTO-BQS/BQG系列清洗机采用国际高新技术，采用全气动工作原理，不用电源，采用所有进口

气动组件，国际高新技术支持，工作时无死点。

        全气动自动网清洗机系统采用优质进口气动喷淋泵等组成。气动喷淋泵，是一种新型喷淋机械，是目前

最新颖的一种泵类。采用压缩空气为动力源，对于各种腐蚀性液体，带颗粒的液体，高粘度、易挥发、

易燃、剧毒的液体，均能予以抽光吸尽。

       喷淋泵根据不同液体介质采用聚四氟乙烯以满足不同使用者的需要。安置在各种特殊场合，用

来抽送各种常规泵不能抽吸的介质，均取得了满意的效果。

BOTO-BQS/BQG  Series of washing machine is in international high-tech. It uses entire pneumatic working

principle instead of power supply. It consists of all imported pneumatic components with international

high-tech.      There is no dead point in operation.

Steel mesh cleaner consists of high-quality imported pneumatic spray pump and so on. Pneumatic

spray pump is a new type of spray machinery and is the most innovative pump. The compressed air

is used as a power source and capable of absorbing all kinds of liquid which is corrosive, particles

containing, of high viscosity, volatile, flammable, poisonous and so on.

Spray pump uses PTFE according to various medium of liquid so as to meet the requirements of

various users. It can be installed in a variety of special occasions to transit the medium which

conventional pump can not absorb. It has obtained a satisfactory effect.

        本清洗设备从清洗到干燥过程，利用气压全自动运行的高性能气动型全自动清洗设备，不但能

满足 METAL MASK的清洗，还能满足 PCB、丝印网版及各种被清洗物的自动清洗，设备设计合理，外观精美，

完全气压控制，安全可靠，符合 VOC和ISO14000的环保型设备。

From the whole process of washing to drying, the cleaner uses the automatic pneumatic

washing equipment in high-performance and it runs by air pressure automatically. It can wash

not only METAL MASK but also PCB and all kinds of cleaning materials automatically. The

equipment is capable of rational design and exquisite appearance. It is controlled by air

pressure with safety. It is environmentally friendly equipment which complies with VOC

and ISO14000.

四、停止及紧急停止Stop and emergency stop

◆系统运行过程中，按下“停止”按钮，系统停止运行。

◆紧急情况下，按下红色“紧急停止”按钮，系统自动停止并会卸压防止发生事故。

◆“紧急停止”按钮按下去后，如要恢复旋转其即可。

◆In system operation process, press “Stop” button, the system will stop automatically.

◆In emergency case, press red “Emergency stop” button, the system will stop automatically and

    decompress to avoid accident.

◆After press “Emergency stop” button, if want to recover, turn it.

七、工作原理Working Principle       

清洗机采用国际高新技术,采用全气动工作原理,不用电源,采用所有进口气动组件,国际高新技术

支持，工作时无死点。Cleaner adopts international high tech and entire pneumatic working principle instead of power

supply. It consists of all imported pneumatic components with international high-tech. There is

no dead point in operation.

7.1 外观

      外观精美，操作方便.外壳采用SUS304  T=1.5mm 不锈钢板制作，由上下两部分组成，上部为清洗工作

腔及操作面板，下部为储液箱，气动喷淋泵及过滤系统.

7.2喷淋清洗

      喷淋清洗槽采用进口SUS304不锈钢钢板制作，内设两条旋转喷淋管，高压清洗液通过喷嘴按一定速度

的旋转方式，喷射在清洗物(METAL MASK,PCB,SQUEEGEE HOLDER)表面，彻底清除表面及死角部分

的异物，为了提高清洗效率，还喷射高压空气，吹走未清洗的异物，最后再喷清洗液润洗的方式。

7.3 储液箱

      储液箱具有储藏、过滤、回收之功能。设有进水口、排液口、过滤网框、液位显示装置；槽体使用进口

SUS304  T=2mm 的不锈钢板制作。

7.4 喷淋泵

      选用英格索兰“QBY”气动喷淋泵，最大流量133L/min,最大压力8.0mpa/cm2，为喷淋清洗提供可靠的

保障.

1、压缩空气为动力。

2、是一种由膜片往复变形造成容积变化的容积泵，其工作原理近似于柱塞泵，由于喷淋泵工作原理的特点，

喷淋泵具有以下特点:

（1）泵不会过热：压缩空气作动力，在排气时是一个膨胀吸热的过程，气动泵工作时温度是降低的，无有

          害气体排出。

（2）不会产生电火花：气动喷淋泵不用电力作动力，接地后又防止了静电火花。

（3）可以通过含颗粒液体：因为容积式工作且进口为球阀，所以不容易被堵。

（4）对物料的剪切力极低：工作时是怎么吸进怎么吐出，所以对物料的搅动最小，适用于不稳定物质的输送。

（5）流量可调节，可以在物料出口处加装节流阀来调节流量。

（6）具有自吸的功能。

（7）可以空运行，而不具有危险，保证清洗正常工作。

（8）可以潜水工作。

（9）可以输送的流体极为广泛，从低粘度的到高粘度的， 从腐蚀性得到粘稠的。

（10）没有复杂的控制系统，没有电缆、保险丝等。

（11）体积小、重量轻，便于移动。

（12）无需润滑所以维修简便，不会由于滴漏污染工作环境。

（13）泵始终能保持高效，不会因为磨损而降低。

（14）百分之百的能量利用，当关闭出口，泵自动停机，设备移动、磨损、超载、发热。

（15）无需动密封，维修简便避免了泄漏，工作时无死点，保证清洗正常工作。

7.5 过滤

      采用四重过滤。高精密不锈钢过滤装置，滤心过滤最小为5微米。清洗液回流后经过环氧树脂特

      殊处理，可循环重复利用。成本损耗降到最少.

7.6 气动控制

      所有气动组件采用 RS及亚德客 产品，一键式操作,设有 RS气源指示器及门开启指示器。

7.1 Appearance

It has a exquisite appearance and can be operated conveniently. Its shell is made from SUS304 

T=1.5mm stainless steel plate consisting of upper section and lower section. The cleaning cavity

and operating panel are on the upper section; while the liquid storage tank, pneumatic spray pump

and filter system are on the lower section.

7.2 The washing of spray

The spray cleaning tank is made from imported SUS304 stainless steel plate with two rotating spray

pipes inside. High-pressure cleaning liquid is sprayed on the surface of cleaning material (METAL

MASK,PCB,SQUEEGEE HOLDER) through nozzle at a certain rotating speed. The cleaning liquid

can completely remove the foreign body on the surface or corner. In order to rise cleaning efficiency,

cleaning liquid and high-pressure are sprayed at the same time to remove the foreign bodies. In the

end it sprays cleaning liquid for lubrication.

7.3 Liquid storage tank

Liquid storage tank has the function of storage, filtration and recovery. It is equipped with water inlet,

liquid outlet, and filter net, liquid level device; the tank body is made from imported SUS304   T=2mm

stainless steel plate.

7.4 Spray pump

It uses the Ingersoll-Rand “QBY” pneumatic spray pump. The maximum flow is 133L/min and

maximum pressure is 8.0mpa/cm2, provides the reliable guarantee for washing spray.

1. Compressed air is used as driving force.

2. It is a displacement pump whose volume change is caused by the reciprocating deformation of

diaphragm. Its working principle is similar to piston pump's. Spray pump has following characteristics

according to its working principle:

(1) Pump will not overheat: powered by compressed air, it bulges and absorbs heat in the process

of exhausting. When the pneumatic pump is running, the temperature is lowered and there is no

emission of harmful gas.

(2) It will not product electric spark: pneumatic diaphragm pump is not powered by electricity, it can

prevent from static  spark in grounding.

(3) The liquid with particles can be passed by: because it works in the volume and its inlet is ball valve,

it is hard to block.

(4) It has a low shearing force to materials: the absorbing method is the same as discharging, so it

has low stirring to materials. It is applicable for the delivery of unstable substances.

(5) Its flow rate can be adjusted. The throttle valve can be installed at the exit of materials to adjust

      flow rate.

(6) It is capable of self absorption.

(7) It can run empty with no danger to ensure the normal work of cleaning.

(8) It can run in the diving operation.

(9) It can deliver a wide range of liquid, from low viscosity to high viscosity, from corrosive to viscous.

(10) It has no complex control systems, cables or fuses.

(11) It has small size and light weight for the convenience of moving.

(12) It is convenient to repair without lubrication. So there is no lubrication leakage to pollute the

        working environment.

(13) The pump can always keep high efficiency. The wear will not lower the efficiency.

(14)100% of energy use. When the exit is closed, pump will stop automatically. Equipment movement,

        wear, overloading and overheat.

(15) There is no need to move the sealing when repairing, so it can avoid leakage. There is no dead

        point in running. It can ensure the normal work of washing.

7.5 Filtration

It uses quadruple filtration. It is equipped with high-tech filter. The minimum filter heart is 5 microns. After

the circumfluence, cleaning liquid will have a special treatment by epoxy resin for the recovery and utility.

It can minimize the consumption cost.

7.6 Pneumatic control

All pneumatic components are made from               and              . One-touch operation includes      

gas indicating lamp and start indicating lamp.

九、操作使用Operation and use

        该清洗机清洗过程全自动控制，操作者打开机器门，将钢网放置在机器内的工件放置架上，关

上机器门，按压操作面板上的启动按钮，机器会自动进行高压喷淋清洗，喷淋清洗完后，会自动进

行高压空气吹干过程，当吹干时间到达后，机器恢复备用状态.操作者可打开机器门取出工件。再进

行下次清洗过程。操作简易。

The washing process of washing machine is controlled automatically by itself. Operator open

the door of machine, put the steel mesh on the work piece shelf in the machine, close the door,

press the button on the operation panel, then the machine will do the  job of spray washing auto

matically in high pressure. After washing, the machine will automatically switch in the process

of high pressure air drying. After reaching the dry time, the machine will restore to the standby

condition. At that time operator can open the door of machine and take out work pieces for the

next washing. The operation is very simple.

十一、放置钢网/电路板Put the steel net/ circuit board

钢网/电路板丝印网版不超过32英寸；

◆如果钢网/网版上有残留大面积的锡膏/油墨，则需先用小刮刀将锡膏/油墨尽量刮干净，然后再放入。

◆打开外门内门，拧松旋紧螺钉，调整夹紧块的高度到恰当位置后再拧紧，放入钢网/电路板/丝印网版

关上内外门。

The size of steel net/ circuit board is not more than 32″

◆If have lots of tin cream remain on steel net, please first clean the tin cream with small scraper, then put.

◆Open the outside and inside door, slacken the tightening screw, adjust the height of clamp block to the relevance

point, and put the steel net/ circuit board Close the inside and outside door

十二、清洁及维护Clean and maintain

◆ 设置控制面板上的清洗定时器时间为3-5 分钟。

◆ 设置风干定时器时间为3-5分钟。

◆ 按下“启动”按钮，系统开始运作。

◆ 此时清洗指示灯亮，完成清洗模式后自动转入吹干模式，吹干指示灯亮；系统工作状态中，前门

     锁住，不能打开。

◆ 调节喷淋泵上的调节阀，使溶剂喷射压力显示在1bar 左右。（第一次使用）

◆ 设定时间到后，系统自动停止。

◆ 如钢网或者丝印网版放置时间过长，助焊剂和油墨发挥过强，可适当延长清洗时间。

Cleaning and air drying mode

◆ The setting time on cleaning timer on control panel is 3-5 minutes

◆ The setting time on air drying timer is 3-5 minutes

◆ Press “Start” button, the system starts working

◆ At this time, the cleaning indicator is light, completed the cleaning mode and automatically to the air

     drying mode, and the air drying indicator is lighting, and the system is in working, the front door has

     been locked, can't open

◆ Adjusts the adjustable valve on spraying pump, the display of jet pressure of solvent is about 1bar.

     After the setting time (first time use),

◆ the system will stop automatically.

◆ If the used steel net is placed for a long term, the soft solder is over fly off, the adhesive of tin  cream

     is too strong, can delay the cleaning time

纯清洗模式

◆ 设置控制面板上的清洗定时器时间为3-5分钟。

◆ 设置风干定时器时间为0 分钟。

◆ 按下“启动”按钮，系统开始运作。

◆ 此时清洗指示灯亮；系统工作状态中，前门锁住，不能打开。

◆ 设定时间到后，系统自动停止。

Pure cleaning mode 

◆ The setting time on cleaning timer on control panel is 3-5 minutes

◆ The setting time of air drying timer is 0 minutes

◆ Press “Start” button, the system starts working

◆ At this time, the cleaning indicator is light, and the system is in working, the front door has been locked,

     can't open

◆ After the setting time, the system stops automatically

纯风干模式

◆ 设置控制面板上的清洗定时器时间为0 分钟。

◆ 设置风干定时器时间为3-5 分钟。

◆ 按下“启动”按钮，系统开始运作。

◆ 此时风干指示灯亮；系统工作状态中，前门锁住，不能打开。

◆ 设定时间到后，系统自动停止。

Pure air drying mode

◆ The setting time on cleaning timer on the control panel is 0 minute

◆ The setting time on air drying timer is 3-5minutes

◆ Press “Start” button, the system starts working

◆ The air dying indicator is light; the system is in working, the front door has been locked, can't open.

◆ After the setting time, the system stops automatically

有关使用方面的说明

◆清洗机需要定期清洁，特别是要除去长期使用积聚在储液槽里面的杂质。为不影响清洗效果，

建议每2 个月完全更换溶剂及清理沉积的杂质。

更换方法：

◆将溶剂抽出阀门打开，关闭溶剂喷射阀门，胶管对准废液回收桶。

◆设定清洗时间为5 分钟，风干时间为0，按“启动”按钮。抽完后，按“停止”按钮。

◆清除储液槽里的杂质。

    ！注意：在排废液时，喷射压力较大，防止废液溅出，而伤到眼睛。建议使用防护眼罩。

◆ 更换过滤棉、滤纸、活性炭、还原树脂

更换方法：见安装手册

◆工作腔清洁保养，取出钢网架进行清洁。清洁清洗腔内部。用小刮刀将沉淀的锡膏粉清

除。完成后，重新安装钢网架。

更换方法：如下图

Instruction for relation use

◆The cleaner should be cleaned at fixed period, and specialty removes the long term use tin cream and

accumulated in liquid storage tank.  In order to not affect the washing, advice to completely replace the

solvent and clean the settled tin cream every 2 months.

Replacement methods:

◆Open the solvent extract valve, close the jet valve of solvent, the glue tube aim to the waste liquid

    recovery barrel

◆The setting clean time is 5 minutes, the air drying time is 0, press “Start” button, after exhausted,

    press “Stop” button.

◆Clean the tin cream in liquid storage tank

    Note: When discharge the waste liquid, the jet pressure is too higher, for avoid waste liquid hurts the eye,

    advice use the protective eye-mask

◆Replace the filter cotton, filter paper, activated carbon and reduction resin

Replacement method: Refers to installation manual

◆Clean and maintain the working space, takes out the steel net and clean. Clean the inside of clean cavity.

    Clean the settled tin cream power with small scraper

Replacement method: as following drawing

旋转喷管的清理,先拆下来,用喷气qiang对准喷嘴喷气，使堵塞的喷嘴畅通。

◆ 拆卸安装方法：如下图，

Clean the turning nozzle, first disassembly it, and air blast aim to the nozzle with

air blast gun, the blocked nozzle keeps pass out

长期不使用清洗机前，应该做好如下措施：

◆ 清洗工作腔。

◆ 处理完储液槽里的溶剂并清理干净。

◆ 拿出过滤罐里面的过滤棉，同时清理干净。

◆ 关闭进气源。

If your don't use the cleaner for a long term, please carry out the following measures

◆ Clean working space

◆ Clean after treated the solvent in liquid storage tank

◆ Take out filtering cotton in filter tank and clean
